• Interfacing between Finance/Legal and Operations to co-ordinate and oversee daily operational finance activities within the accounting & purchase-to-pay (P2P) system including
    • setup and maintenance of system master data,
    • setup of purchase orders and supplier invoices in accordance with HGB accounting (for non-profit organizations),
    • co-ordination and integration of contract management into the P2P process,
    • systematic and continuous recording, mapping, and monitoring of accounting transactions and data integrity.
  • Providing key data and information as a basis for decision making through analyses, controlling, planning, and reporting.

  • You have completed your studies in relevant fields such as Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience (experience with non-profit organizations is an advantage) in the named fields above and you have ideally already worked with an accounting system or assisted in the introduction of such a tool.
  • You ideally are experienced in finance planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as in process design.
  • You would like to work in a structured environment and drive the introduction, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s newly automated core processes (P2P, CLMS, etc.).
  • You work reliably and in a structured manner, implement topics independently, and you also find solutions to complex or ambiguous problems.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills (German and English) at different levels.
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and assignments.
  • You have a team-oriented way of working and a high level of integrity.
  • Very good MS Office skills complement your job profile.
