Our Regional Networks

As an organization based in Germany, our largest regional network is in Europe. Since the mid-1990s, we have been growing the Network by bringing in leaders from business, politics, and civil society. Today, Europe’s 1,400 Network members convene to address new forms of political decision-making and participation, racial equity and migration, ESG investment, and climate action. We started working in the United States and Canada through our transatlantic work in the 1990s. Since then, various programs — such as the Transatlantic Core Group, Global Pro Bono Forum, Global League of Intrapreneurs Summit, and Responsible Leaders Forums — have served as an entry point to the Network. The approximately 330 Responsible Leaders in North America collaborate on strengthening democracy, countering polarization, racial equity, and climate justice. Africa is the continent with the youngest population worldwide, with many youth being excluded from labor markets and the economy. We started our work in the region by supporting youth through seed funding and incubating the African branch of Impact Hub in the mid 2010s. Since then, we have welcomed 100 Responsible Leaders to this regional network. Responsible Leaders in the region demonstrate a great deal of trust among one another. Due to colonial borders and structures, the continent experiences many conflicts and Responsible Leaders in the region are interested in collaborating across borders to decolonize economic systems and bring about a second wave of pan-Africanism.
