About Paula Quintas
After more than two years working with the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt on projects in Latin America and also on global projects, Paula joined the Foundation’s team in Berlin to implement the Foundation’s new communications strategy.
Originally from the south of Brazil, Paula has lived, studied, and worked in Buenos Aires, Barcelona, and Rio de Janeiro, where she has experienced the culture – and amazing gastronomy – of these cities.
Holding a Master’s degree in Strategic Design Management from the University of Buenos Aires and a postgraduate degree in Urban Sociology, Paula is also certified by IED Barcelona as a specialist in Coolhunting & Trend Analysis. For nearly 15 years, Paula has been working on strategy and brand management and, as an MBA teacher, has taught and presented at prestigious universities throughout Latin America, lecturing about creativity, design, trends, and business.
In the last few years, she has also done pro bono work, including as organizer of PechaKucha POA and senior advisor at Jogo de Damas (a female entrepreneurship enterprise), Impact: The Future of Business, Rio+B, and other initiatives.
In 2010, she founded Catalejos, a strategic communications and design consultancy, providing full-service solutions to brands and businesses.
Passionate about people and cultures, Paula considers herself a world citizen who loves to simply walk around and get inspired.
